TEAGUE combines technology expertise with design and a deep understanding of human behavior to deliver what’s next. This position is expected to have an entry level knowledge of airline and aerospace design and project management fundamentals. The Project Coordinator role is responsible for co-leading the day-to-day operational aspects of projects with the Lead Interior Designer and/or Lead Exterior Livery Designer and Design Managers. Together, they lead project teams, create and manage budgets, and facilitate client communications all while balancing design quality. This role is expected to focus exclusively on aviation related to interior design and exterior livery.

The Project Coordinator helps unite clients with their design team.  They partner with creative leaders and bring their viewpoints together to guide the project towards success. The Project Coordinator provides focus; always knowing where the project is going and how to clearly articulate it to a wide variety of listeners. They balance a very high project workload and ensure multiple teams are communicating effectively and staying on track, all while inspiring and empowering their team to do their best work. 


Who We’re Looking For

An organized, big-picture thinker with a love of business, creative thinkers, and design, all packed into a fast paced environment. You will partner with designers to collectively lead a dynamic and ever-changing project and shepherd it seamlessly through the project life cycle, ultimately ending with happy clients and stakeholders. This means managing several clients and balancing multiple budgets and staffing resources. You can clearly articulate expectations to your colleagues and aim to deliver nothing less than the absolute best to your clients. You are adept at coordinating a diverse team’s talents and can diplomatically guide a team towards resolutions when disputes arise. You can be flexible as project needs change and are quick to come up with innovative solutions to challenges as they arise.  A history of working in the aerospace industry and/or with airline clients, as well as an understanding of the project management fundamentals is a plus.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a project coordinator in aerospace, or an airline environment, managing multiple projects with high functioning, experienced staff and clients who hold high standards

  • Experience: coordinating project teams of 1-8 employees/consultants, balancing multiple projects, and analyzing data and numbers using Excel or similar.
  • Skills: High level interpersonal skills, exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion: Being the guiding participant of a project, working collaboratively to create something beyond expectations.
  • Role: Coordinating people’s various talents to bring a project to completion on time and on budget
  • Personality: Personable, organized, creative, diplomatic



TEAGUE is currently working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are a Washington State based company. All employees must reside in the state of Washington and be able to access one of our studio locations in the greater Seattle area when we return to work in our hybrid/remote work approach.
