The senior project manager provides strategic leadership while managing all day-to-day operational aspects of projects, project teams, budgets, scope, and client communications on Teague projects. This role manages complex, multi-discipline design projects to successful completion through supporting scoping/framing new projects, planning budgets and resources, building project teams, managing team dynamics and work productivity, and handling all internal and client communications.
Why We Need This Position
Great project management is much more than keeping a project on track. Senior project managers at Teague’s Global Design Studio (GDS) exemplify servant leadership and collaboration, freeing creative teams up to do their best work while keeping an eye on studio business objectives. They unite clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies with their design team, and manage a portfolio of work that spans all manner of industries and opportunities—from new modes of mass transportation to government policy to cool things for kids to autonomous vehicles to airports and space stations to industrial internet-of-things.
Who We’re Looking For

You keep a cool head when project needs change and are quick to come up with innovative solutions to challenges as they arise. You are comfortable working through ambiguity to create clarity and make decisions as a mechanism of moving things forward.
In short, we’re looking for a leader with a strong creative streak, a charismatic personality, and an unwaveringly calm approach to the unexpected.
