This position requires an industry expert with a gifted eye for visualization and a passion for storytelling. This visualization leader will consistently demonstrate their strong understanding of high-quality CG production and proven experience driving quality, process efficiency, and cost-effective solutions. This individual will inspire, mentor, and lead the Design Visualization team at Teague through example both planning and supporting team members as well as taking on project work themselves.  As a visionary leader, the Design Visualization Manager/CG Supervisor will work with key internal leaders to pursue new opportunities that will help us grow and build the business.

Why We Need This Position

Creativity is all well and good, but to achieve the kind of thoughtful, targeted innovations that has kept Teague at the forefront of the industry for decades requires expert guidance, dynamic thought leadership and superlative collaborative and communication skills. Harnessing Teague's creative talent and steering it so that it perfectly aligns with our clients’ needs is the key to our success. That’s where you come in.

Who We’re Looking For

Generally speaking, this position is for a top-notch artist with proven talent in the realm of CG and digital production who is eager to develop, manage and promote a creative team tasked with meeting—or better yet, exceeding—client expectations. In addition to being passionate about CG storytelling in all forms, you’re a born leader, keen to help guide the Design Visualization team and ensure the team’s success. You love nurturing and mentoring others by example and know how to help them elevate and grow their own design skills. In addition to looking after your team’s success, you also enjoy working closely with clients. On any given day, you may find yourself involved in projects at every level—from conceiving and pitching ideas to client and project teams to framing and assigning projects and taking part in the day to day production work. You will help lead client discoveries that focus on identifying and addressing client needs; work collaboratively to build proposals; work with cross-disciplinary teams to help define and execute concept direction.

In addition to being a creative thinker and problem solver, you have a talent for thinking about how to grow and build the business and are always looking for ways to increase your knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as ways to work more efficiently. Finally, you’re a born diplomat, skilled in the art of negotiating and resolving conflicts, and unflappable in the face of looming deadlines and multiple projects. As a leader, you have high expectations and set high standards, but you also love what you do, have a good sense of humor, and are willing to roll up your sleeves and work side by side with your team to get the job done when called upon to do so. If you’re a passionate and talented artist with great leadership skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to talk to you.
