The senior project manager provides strategic, experience-based leadership while managing all day-to-day operational aspects of projects, project teams, budgets, scope, and client communications on Teague projects and programs.  A strong appreciation for design and collaborating with creative teams is critical to delivering compelling results. This role manages large, complex, multi-discipline projects to successful completion supporting scoping/framing new projects, planning budgets and resources, building project teams, managing team dynamics and work productivity, and handling all internal and client communications.

You keep a cool head when project needs change and are quick to come up with innovative solutions to challenges as they arise. You have an ability to work through ambiguity to create clarity, and make decisions as a mechanism of moving things forward. In short, we’re looking for a leader with a strong creative streak, a charismatic personality and an unwaveringly calm approach to the unexpected.

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a creative field preferred; 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment managing complex projects with high budgets, tight schedules, a diverse staff, and sophisticated clients. 
  • Bonus experience: Design agency experience or PMP certification or education from a PMI accredited organization.
  • Special skills: Demonstrated understanding and use of project management best practices, different methodologies, and tools. Exceptional communication and people skills.
  • Passion: Working collaboratively to create something beyond expectations.
  • Role: Managing your team’s  various talents to create a whole that is more than the sum of its parts.
  • Personality: A leader who is personable, organized, creative, diplomatic.

TEAGUE is currently working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are a Washington State based company. All employees must reside in the state of Washington and be able to access one of our studio locations in the greater Seattle area when we return to work in our hybrid/remote work approach.
