The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational aspects of projects across a wide array of disciplines, skillsets, and personalities. They lead project teams, create and manage budgets, identify and control scope, and facilitate client communications all while balancing design quality, TEAGUE goals and project profitability. This role is expected to focus in areas such as technology, mobility and aerospace design with clients ranging from OEMs to suppliers and airlines. You’ll lead large, complex, multi-resource projects and bring them to successful completion, on budget and meet or exceed client expectations.

They know how to balance financial performance with project objectives and report project metrics to leadership while outlining risk areas and opportunities. Who We’re Looking For
An organized, big-picture thinker with a love of business, creative thinkers and design. It’s your job to partner with Creative Directors and Program Managers to collectively lead an intricate project and shepherd it seamlessly through the project life cycle, ultimately ending with happy clients and stakeholders. This means partnering with creative and account leadership to steer the project team while managing an everchanging client and balancing budget, quality, staffing resources and schedule. You are a firm believer in clearly articulating expectations to your colleagues and are determined to deliver nothing less than the absolute best to your clients. You are adept at coordinating a diverse team’s talents and can diplomatically resolve conflicts and smooth over tensions. You keep a cool head when project needs change and are quick to come up with innovative solutions to challenges as they arise. You have a deep understanding of leadership and appreciate that a Senior Project Manager’s job is to get results through the actions of others. You empower creative thinking and leverage the aptitude of others while exhibiting competency in leadership and core project management skills. A successful applicant will have a diverse skillset and experience with technology, mobility, aerospace, and/or airlines, as well as an understanding of accrued revenue, project financial management and a keen set of business skills.

TEAGUE is currently working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are a Washington State based company. All employees must reside in the state of Washington and be able to access one of our studio locations in the greater Seattle area when we return to work in our hybrid/remote work approach.
