The Senior Industrial Designer is responsible for leading design efforts, utilizing conceptual skills, industry experience and imagination to bring innovation and creative excellence to the organization's creative and design deliverables. 

The ideal candidate has their finger on the pulse and is dedicated to the craft, has a strong understanding of design quality and design skills embracing all facets of a holistic design process overall project phases from research, concept creation, and design development to implementation and liaison with development partners and vendors.

The role demands in-depth industry and design knowledge, user flow, use cases, and production processes, as well as knowledge in consulting, market research and commercial awareness.  The position requires excellent communication/collaboration skills with cross-disciplinary teams and external clients, suppliers and creative partners across global locations. They effectively present concepts and creative deliverables to various internal and external audiences and works with assigned project team(s) to create and deliver powerful and compelling presentations.

  •       Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Industrial design; 5+ years of professional experience in a design consulting environment; with a proven track record of design excellence.
  •       Special skills: Advanced understanding of the design process; hyper visualization skills, including hand-sketching, 2D illustration (Adobe Suite) and advanced 3-D computer modeling software skills; well-versed with prototyping and manufacturing processes.
