    Why We Need This Position

While it would be great fun if all of us could just be creating and innovating all day long, we rely on some pretty savvy financial types to keep things on track behind the scenes. This is where you come in.

    Who We’re Looking For

An obsessively organized, mathematically gifted, technically savvy financial wizard who loves a good spreadsheet. If that sounds like you, we’d love for you to apply your magic to our accounting system. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks: preparing bi-week payroll analysis; processing monthly payroll related journal entries and prepare reconciliation for payroll, 401k match, PTO, bonuses, etc.; processing monthly accrued expenses and preparing reconciliation; preparing monthly facility variance reporting and process associated journal entries; processing stock journal entries and preparing reconciliations; and preparing and filing monthly B&O taxes. In addition to being handy with a calculator, you are happy to help out other team members as needed; handle ad hoc reporting duties; and generally pinch hit when asked to do so. Personality-wise, you’re equally comfortable working alone or collaborating with others; can communicate effectively with people at all levels within the organization; and can present information and respond to questions from managers with ease. In short, we want someone with excellent attention to detail and superior follow-through, who won’t rest until every receipt is properly accounted for and in its proper place. If you’re fiercely committed to the idea of helping TEAGUE maintain an immaculate financial house, come talk to us.
