  • Overview

The Senior Electrical Designer specifies hardware, designs embedded, electrical, and electro-mechanical solutions, and works with the other designers to make sure the aircraft cabin and/or other physical environments come to life through high-tech systems and electronics. This role focuses on developing and using expertise in product development, engineering, and computer aided design, and rapid prototyping.

    Why We Need This Position

TEAGUE may be known for its big ideas but getting those ideas off the page and transforming them into real functioning products and prototypes requires loads of technical knowledge and expertise. That’s where you come in.

    Who We’re Looking For

Did you take computers or TVs apart for fun as a child? Did you grow up dreaming of designing James Bond-style gadgets? Do you have a curiosity and interest in understanding how complex electronic systems work? If you answered “yes” to these questions, then this may be the job for you. As a Senior Electrical Designer, you would be responsible for several phases of the development process, from initial conceptualization to release to manufacturing. Not only do you work well with others in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you also shine at thought leadership in rapid prototype development, proof-of-concept, and resource planning. With your interest in learning the nuances of designing embedded systems for aircraft, and participating in cutting edge research, you can brilliantly help lead in the development of new lighting systems, systems that gather real-time physical data, and other concepts for TEAGUE clients. Your skills at developing complex schematics and designing systems are simply dazzling, and you can come up with solutions to tricky problems of a wide variety in a flash. And since you’re a whiz with learning new ideas and concepts, you will be able to complete key assignments—just one last lighting pun, we promise— at light speed.
