As the first point of contact for our candidates, the Recruiter is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for all of our applicants. This role requires a unique blend of real-world experience, in-house consulting capabilities and global connectivity. The ideal candidate must have experience working within a creative industry, and have a demonstrated ability to deliver a balance of quality as well as quantity candidates and hires. Most importantly, this person must have a genuine passion for working with people to help shape a culture that thrives on creativity, collaboration and trust.

Who We’re Looking For
You are a dynamic people person with a no-detail-is-too-small approach to organization and rock-solid follow-through; an innovative sensibility; and a keen desire to contribute your talents to a creative industry. Generally speaking, we’re looking for someone to manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including coordination of resume flow, diligent candidate correspondence and maintenance of candidate records via our applicant tracking system. More specifically, the ideal candidate will have a proven ability to source candidates using nontraditional tools. Of course, doing this job well means you’ll need a deep understanding of TEAGUE’s disciplines and services and need to serve as a spirited ambassador for TEAGUE’s offerings, culture, and business initiatives. In addition to energy, enthusiasm, and organizational wizardry, you are unflappable in a fast-paced environment and adept at juggling multiple competing priorities. What We Just Said, Now in 5 Bullet Points (a.k.a., Essential Qualifications):

  • Experience: BA/BS degree in business, communications, psychology, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience required; 2-3 years of sourcing and interviewing experience in the design, creative or a staffing agency world is a big plus; ability to work in a fast paced environment where strong attention to detail & multi-tasking skills are critical.
  • Skills: Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; demonstrated ability to deliver a balance of quality as well as quantity candidates and hires; high-level interpersonal skills & EQ; effective strategic & critical thinking, sourcing skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary; working knowledge of iCIMS applicant tracking system is a plus.
