The IT Manager is responsible for the overall direction and performance of the Service Desk Team. Responsibilities include making sure that the team is working effectively, prioritizing and solving client issues, managing projects, engaging with clients and ensuring adherence with team goals, while guaranteeing that TEAGUE colleagues and clients receive exceptional service.
